“In June, I joined Luna to see if it was something I could do. Badly out of shape and with my health going the wrong direction, I knew I needed to change some things in my life. The meal plan I received as part of this challenge was an eye opener. I was surprised that I could eat a lot more food when I ate the right foods. I don’t even consider it a diet. I eat way more now than I did before. Since that first body scan, I have lost an additional 10 lbs and added more muscle mass and decreased my Percent Body Fat to 15.2%.”
